1. Who we are

Together is a document preparation service run by Tanisha Das and Prabhakaran Santhana, based in Auckland, New Zealand. We help couples prepare relationship timelines for partner and spousal visa applications.

2. What our service includes

Together provides a human-led document preparation service. Depending on the option you choose, this may include:

• A professionally written, chronological relationship timeline
• A relationship summary drafted from the information you provide
• An evidence checklist tailored to your milestones
• Review and feedback on a timeline you have already written

Our service is intended for adults (18 years and over) preparing genuine visa applications. It is not intended for any unlawful purpose.

3. Your responsibilities

By using our service, you agree that you will:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
• Only share information and documents that you have the right to share
• Review your completed timeline carefully before submitting it as part of any visa application
• Not use our service to prepare fraudulent, misleading, or false documents
• Not use our service on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Providing false or misleading information in a visa application is a serious offence and may have significant legal consequences. Together accepts no responsibility for any consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you.

4. Visa outcomes

Together is a document preparation service only. We are not immigration advisers, lawyers, or migration consultants, and we do not guarantee any visa outcome.

The decision to grant or refuse a visa rests entirely with the relevant immigration authority. Together accepts no responsibility for the outcome of any visa application, whether or not a timeline prepared by us was included in that application.

We strongly recommend consulting a licensed immigration adviser or registered migration agent for advice specific to your situation.

5. Intellectual property

5.1 Our content

All content on our website — including the design, text, graphics, and structure — is owned by or licensed to Together and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

5.2 Your content

You retain ownership of the personal information and documents you share with us. By sharing content, you grant Together a limited licence to use that content solely for the purpose of preparing your timeline.

5.3 Your finished timeline

The timeline we prepare for you is for your personal use in your visa application. You may edit and submit it as your own. You may not resell, redistribute, or use it to provide services to others.

6. Payment and refunds

Where fees apply to our service:

• Prices will be clearly stated before you commit to any purchase
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are at our discretion
• We do not offer refunds on the basis of a visa being refused, as the outcome of any application is entirely outside our control

7. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it carefully.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Together's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand, except where applicable consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
